- Currently Full Professor of Neurology at Univ of Penn, Philadelphia (Adjunct)
- Attending Neurologist at UPenn General Neurology clinic for 7 years
- Currently Full Professor of Pharmacology at USUHS, Bethesda (Adjunct)
- Lectured (2 hrs) USUHS Med Students Annually for 14 years on Anti-Seizure Drugs
- Organized and managed (13 years) intramural NIH epilepsy clinic
- Managed inpatient neurology service 1 Month/Year (24/7) at the Nat. Naval Med Center–annually for 14 years
- Published clinical care monograph Epilepsy: 100 Elementary Principles; in 3 editions the book was was translated into Japanese, Portuguese, French, Spanish and Turkish.
- Described the various seizure types in detail, over many years at the NIH, using hundreds of videotaped events. Understands the difficulties of discerning various seizure types in creating clinical trials:
